Rafal Niedzialkowski

Rafal Niedzialkowski is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as VP of Platform Services at Magnit since May 2019, Rafal previously held the position of Director of Engineering at RxLogix, where responsibilities included managing global engineering and DevOps teams, overseeing software architecture, and ensuring compliance and security. Prior roles include Director of Software Engineering at Nestle S.A., Senior Software Engineer at SecureWorks and IBM Internet Security Systems, and Founder/Designer at Red Earth Design Inc. Rafal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, completing the degree in 1999.
