Thomas Tisdale

Thomas Tisdale has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Thomas started their career as a Business Systems Analyst at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in 1988. Thomas then worked as a Sales Executive at Information Builders and Wall Data before joining Brio Software as the Southeast Regional Manager, where they achieved significant growth and facilitated the company's acquisition by Hyperion (Oracle).

Tisdale subsequently joined SEAGATE SOFTWARE NSMG as the Director of Sales and Partner Development, where they implemented an Enterprise VAR strategy and achieved remarkable revenue growth. Thomas later became an Exec VP and GM at Peoplefluent, holding various positions such as SVP Strategic Initiatives, SVP North American Sales, GM Contingent Management and VMS Division, and VP Product Management and Strategy. During their tenure at Peoplefluent, they successfully managed and integrated a global sales organization and significantly turned around the VMS business unit's performance.

In 2013, Tisdale established HCM & Staffing Transformational Strategies, serving as its CEO. The company assists organizations in the HCM and Staffing industries by providing go-to-market and product strategies that enhance growth and reduce operational costs.

From 2013 to 2019, Tisdale served as the Vice President and Officer of Analytics and Insights at Kelly Services, where they developed a groundbreaking Analytics Strategy and Product offering, enabling the company to differentiate itself in the market. Thomas also led the Talent Supply Chain Analytics Center of Excellence and implemented a successful marketing analytics platform.

Recently, Tisdale joined AMN Healthcare as the VP Sales and GM Silversheet Division, Workforce Management Technologies, before assuming their current role as the Senior Director and Global Lead of Supply Chain Analytics at Magnit. Thomas also holds the position of Senior Director in the RightSourcing Healthcare Division of Magnit Global.

Thomas Tisdale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
