Victoria Portale

Victoria Portale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Victoria began their career at Unilever as an Onsite PMO Manager, where they worked from 2002 to 2007. Victoria then joined RBS Greenwich Capital as a Senior IT and Change Management Recruiting Manager from 2008 to 2011, focusing on recruitment and implementing new governance and staffing processes. Following that, they transitioned to the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they held the roles of Lead Program Manager/Senior Resourcing Manager from 2011 to 2014, and VP, Sr HR Project Manager from 2014 to 2017. At RBS, they led transformative initiatives, including facilitating organizational downsizing and spearheading HR separation for the establishment of a new HR department. In 2017, they joined PRO Unlimited as the Global Director, Client Services, where they held the position until August 2021.
