Brian Foster's work experience begins in 1993 at Noranda Aluminum, where they worked as a Process Engineer. Brian later moved on to become a Project Engineer and then a Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2010, they joined the company as a Senior Process Engineer and provided engineering, training, and process support for reduction operations. Foster also managed a group of eight Process Engineers and Staff from 2010 to 2012. In 2016, they transitioned to K & K Technical Group, Inc. as a Project/Quality Engineer, where they managed the installation of new equipment for die cast production. Brian successfully installed the Dm4 Deburr Machine and handling equipment for the Toyota TNGA engine block. Brian'smost recent role, starting in 2018, is with Magnitude 7 Metals, llc as a Senior Process/Project Engineer. In this position, Foster provided expertise for the startup of two primary aluminum reduction lines, including developing schedules, procedures, and process documents. Brian also created training materials and conducted training classes for new employees.

Brian Foster attended Tennessee Technological University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, in 1999 to 2000, they pursued higher education at William Woods University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
