Tejus Patel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

From 2022 to 2023, Tejus worked at BrandSafway as a Project Controls Manager, where they focused on driving financial and operational performance for the Metro & Infrastructure division. Tejus implemented standard Project Controls work practices, created data models and KPI dashboards for senior leadership, and minimized costs while increasing efficiency.

In 2021 to 2022, Tejus was a Senior Consultant, Project Controls at Turner & Townsend. In this role, they acted as an Owner's Representative for a top-tier multi-national pharmaceutical client. Tejus'sexpertise in leading Project Controls activities resulted in successful delivery of capital programs worth over $250 million. Tejus also developed TIC estimates, guided stakeholders in presenting investment opportunities, and obtained funding approval from the Board of Directors.

From 2020 to 2021, Tejus worked at Stantec as a Senior Consultant, Project Controls. Tejus provided Program Controls support for the City of Baton Rouge's MOVEBR program, leading the implementation of the e-Builder PMIS and producing monthly status reports for 50+ projects.

At Fluor Corporation, Tejus held various roles from 2016 to 2020. Tejus served as a Project Controls Manager overseeing cost management and financial planning for construction and O&M services in Northern Afghanistan. Tejus also led the establishment of a local Project Controls team in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria and worked in the PMO Project Controls team supporting global projects.

In 2015, Tejus worked at Wolfpack Wholesale as an Interim Director, where they formulated standardized systems and strategies for HR, IT, Finance, and Accounting. Tejus also worked as an Interim CEO at Skyline Vapor, where they transformed business operations and implemented e-commerce strategies.

Tejus was a Consultant, Project Controls at Prime Universal Group, LLC from 2014 to 2015, and before that, they held Cost Specialist roles at Fluor Corporation from 2011 to 2013, and a Client Support Specialist role at LiveVox from 2010 to 2011.

Tejus started their career as an Intern at the Georgia Pharmacy Association in 2008 and worked as a Sales Specialist at REI from 2004 to 2008.
