Caroline Longest is currently serving as a Product Development Coordinator at Magnolia Bakery since June 2023, focusing on menu development, operational support, database management, and cross-functional team collaborations, while directly reporting to the CEO. Prior experience includes the role of Project Administrator, assisting F&B operations and recipe development, as well as a variety of positions in the culinary field, including Line Cook at Daddy-O's and Counter Supervisor at Farmhouse Cafe & Eatery Cresskill. Caroline Longest holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, where education was completed from 2019 to 2021, after attending the University of Scranton in 2018-2019.
