Yasmeen Duncan Mba

Yasmeen Duncan, MBA, MA has extensive work experience in human resources and community support. Yasmeen is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Magnolia Bakery. Prior to this, they founded The Sisterhood Society for Women of Color, a safe-space community support group aimed at nurturing and empowering women of color. Yasmeen also held leadership roles at CAMP, Parker New York, and Lord & Taylor, where they focused on human resources management. Their earlier experience includes working as a District Talent Specialist at SEPHORA and as a District Human Resources Manager at Juicy Couture. Yasmeen began their career as a Senior HR Generalist at Robert Half International. Yasmeen holds an MBA and an MA degree.
