Fredrik Westin

Fredrik Westin has over 19 years of experience in the financial industry. Fredrik began their career as an auditor with BDO Revision, before moving into financial consulting with Centera Outsourcing AB. In 2005 they joined GE Capital Real Estate as an accountant, and was promoted to Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in 2008. In this role, Fredrik was responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the Nordic real estate portfolio, and was highly involved in strategic decisions around acquisitions and disposals of assets.

In December 2013, Fredrik left GE Capital Real Estate to take up the role of Head of Finance at Kungsleden. In this role, they had direct reporting responsibilities for 2 accounting clerks and 2 team members working from India. Fredrik led the quarterly reporting process and provided technical accounting advice to the team. Fredrik also handled ad hoc requests from European HQ and locally.

In August 2016, Fredrik left Kungsleden to take up the role of CFO at Magnolia Bostad.

Fredrik Westin has a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Gothenburg, with a focus in accounting and finance. Fredrik also has a degree in economics from the University of Groningen, with a focus in macroeconomy. Additionally, they have studied Spanish at Universidad de Granada and has a master's in finance from Växjö University.

Their manager is Johan Tengelin, CEO. They work with Gurmo Endale - CIO & VP, Christina Hambäck - Head of Business Development and Sustainability, and Suzana Bossel - Head of Marketing & Communications.
