Fillipe Janiques

Fillipe Janiques is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the CEO and Advisor of Magnólia Papelaria since February 2018, Fillipe has successfully guided the company through its selection for the Scale-Up Endeavor 2022 program, which focuses on high-growth companies. Prior roles include serving as CEO, COO, and CFO of Vai Bem Gelados, where Fillipe was involved until an exit in November 2021, and General Manager at Construshopping Materiais para Construção, responsible for strategic oversight and operational management. Fillipe also held positions at Amcham-Brasil, contributing to membership sales and team management. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Agribusiness from UnB - Universidade de Brasília.
