Mondo Zurita

Mondo Zurita has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on data analysis, benefits administration, and general HR support. They began their career in 2010 as a Senior Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens Pharmacy, where they gained experience in customer service and team management. In 2015, they joined MBT Consulting LLC as a Consultant, conducting research and providing support in organizational design, change management, and policy creation. Mondo then moved to Exyte, where they held roles as a Human Resources Benefits Administrator and later as a Human Resources Data Analyst & HR Mobility Coordinator. In these positions, they were responsible for managing benefit administration, conducting audits, and serving as the primary point of contact for HR data and reporting tools. In their most recent role, Mondo worked as a Human Resources Manager at Magnolia Property Company, overseeing HR operations and providing generalist support.
