Kent Kalmey has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kent started their career as an Account Executive at General Mills from 1987 to 1990. Kent then founded Brownsboro Eatery in 1992 and served as the Founder and COO until 2006, where they developed the restaurant concept and expanded the business with a corporate catering division. In 2006, Kalmey joined Atria Senior Living Group as the Divisional Director of Sales, leading a sales team and achieving the top position in the company. Kent then moved on to Magnolia Springs, where they held the positions of Executive Director and Vice President. At Magnolia Springs, they were responsible for overseeing operations, opening new facilities, managing staff, and developing marketing strategies.
Kent Kalmey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Kent attended this institution from 1983 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, attending from 1990 to 1992.
