Mike McAvoy

Mike McAvoy is a highly experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Magnus Health since December 2021, Mike manages a team of engineers and quality engineers while overseeing technical responsibilities for offshore teams. Prior to this role, Mike held positions including Director of Engineering at Aveniros, where management of UI and backend changes for multiple clients was key, and Senior Software Engineer at Enel X, specializing in workflow optimization. Mike's earlier experience includes significant contributions in various roles at Zenlist, EnerNOC, Endurance International Group, and Ounce Labs, with a focus on application development, data analytics, and team leadership across a range of technologies.
