Tricia Burchell

Tricia Burchell is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Magnus Medical since December 2024. Prior to this role, Tricia held various senior leadership positions at Eargo from September 2017 to September 2024, including SVP of People Strategy & Talent and Vice President of People Operations & Talent Acquisition. Tricia's experience also includes serving as Sr HR Global Operations Manager at Cloudera from May 2012 to September 2017, and Manager of Human Resources at Exar Corporation from April 2009 to May 2012. Earlier in the career, Tricia was a Senior HR Business Manager at Hifn.
