Shelley Clark

Shelley is a Senior Principal and Design Leader of MKA’s Retail/Mixed-Use Specialist Group. She is 100 percent focused on the unique design aspects of retail and mixed-use developments, such as leasing flexibility, effective vertical and horizontal stacking, and four-sided architecture. Over the last 41 years, Shelley has designed new mall developments, lifestyle centers, mixed-use complexes, and full re-positions to existing retail facilities, with projects located throughout the United States and in nine other countries. She has expertise designing facilities ranging from single-story structures to multi-block, multi-tower developments up to $1.7 billion in cost.
