Peter Zagone

Peter Zagone is a skilled Project Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently employed at Magpul Industries Corp. since January 2022, Peter leads cross-functional teams to develop mechanical solutions and establish project timelines. Previously at Hunter Douglas, Inc., from December 2016 to December 2021, Peter spearheaded teams for the Pirouette product line, successfully launching nine innovative clutch systems. Prior to that, Peter worked at Nite Ize, Inc., starting as a Mechanical Engineer Intern and advancing to Mechanical Engineer 2, where collaboration with industry leaders helped establish the ANSI FL1 flashlight standard and led to the design of over 100 mechanical components. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
