Julien Mallet has a diverse work experience. Julien started as a Commercial Sales Representative at ETS BABOULET in 2009. In 2010, they joined SODIAAL as a Sales Representative, where they focused on dairy product commercialization in the restauration industry. From 2013 to 2021, Julien worked at Cerfrance, starting as a Customer Relationship Manager & Account Development Representative before becoming a Product Manager. In these roles, they analyzed market evolutions, monitored innovations, gathered farmers' needs, and adapted services to market trends. Julien also managed advisory assignments, supported company takeovers and sales, improved profitability and cash flows, designed and implemented improvement programs, and created and animated training courses. Currently, Julien is working for MagrowTec as the Global Head of Sales Support, starting in 2023.
Julien Mallet has a diverse education background. From 2007 to 2009, they attended LEGTA Toulouse Auzeville, where they earned a BTS ACSE degree in the analysis, management, and strategy of agricultural companies. In 2009, they pursued a specialization contract at CFPPA Toulouse Auzeville, focusing on technical sales representation in agroequipment. Julien continued their studies at Ecole d'Ingenieurs de PURPAN from 2010 to 2011, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in commerce and sales, with a focus on sales technology, controlling, marketing, logistics, and IAA processes. In 2011, they returned to Ecole d'Ingenieurs de PURPAN and completed a Diplôme d'ingénieur in agriculture, the agri-food sector, management, and marketing from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, in 2012, they briefly attended ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, specializing in marketing and business strategy.
