Julian Paolo Nagtalon

Julian Paolo Nagtalon is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of Human Resource and Organization Development at Magsaysay People Resources since October 2021, Julian has held several key roles across various organizations, including HR Business Partner at Travel People Ltd and Associate HR Manager at Metro Pacific Investments Corporation. With a background that includes positions as HR Manager and Supervisor at Magsaysay People Resources and a focus on organizational development at A. Magsaysay, Inc., Julian has expertise in process reviews, talent development, policy documentation, and strategic planning. Julian holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas.
