Tana Pool

Tana Pool serves as an Executive Vice President - Legal and General Counsel – of TGS ASA. Her background includes a combination of legal and accounting experience, with significant knowledge of the energy sector. Prior to TGS, she worked with several global law firms, specializing in corporate and transactional law, and served as the general counsel of a publicly traded construction contractor focused on energy infrastructure. Tana Pool received her BBA degree in accounting in 1982 from Texas Tech University and her JD degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1992. She is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
