Matthew Den Boer

Matthew Den Boer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in application engineering, mechanical design, and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Application Engineer at Magswitch Technology, Inc., Matthew oversees project management, customer communication, and continuous improvement initiatives. Matthew’s previous roles include Founder and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Motility LLC, where automated robotic systems were designed, and various engineering positions at organizations such as Axis Automation and JR Automation, focusing on large-scale automation and custom machinery design. In addition, Matthew contributes to military training as a Unit Training Manager in the Air National Guard and has a solid educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Grand Valley State University and multiple degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
