Thomas Beraldi

Tom has over 15 years of experience as a university researcher, administrator, and teacher. His areas of expertise include enrollment operations and strategy, student success strategy, regional and specialized accreditation, survey research, program evaluation, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Maguire, Tom served as Associate Vice President of Research & Planning at Southern New Hampshire University where he led research, assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation activities for the Office of the Provost and the Office of the Campus President. During his tenure at SNHU he concurrently served in various roles including Interim Vice President of Enrollment Management, Assistant to the Campus President, Accreditation Liaison Officer to NECHE, and IRB Administrator.

Tom earned a Master of Arts in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and Political Science from Florida State University.
