Marietta Szinyei-Ihász

Marietta Szinyei-Ihász has over two decades of work experience in various industries and roles. Marietta currently holds the position of Product Management and Commercial Strategy Director at Telekom HU since April 2023. From November 2019 until now, they have been working as a Senior Advisor/ Transformation Strategist as a freelancer. Prior to their current role, Marietta served as the Telekom Business Development Division Director at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. from April 2022 to April 2023. Marietta also held leadership positions at Tungsram Group, where they worked as the Chief Transformation Officer from June 2021 to April 2022 and as the PMO Lead from November 2020 to June 2021. Before joining Tungsram Group, Marietta worked at Telenor as the Human Centred Design Lead, Transformation lead from January 2017 to October 2019, and as the Head of Core Product Marketing from August 2013 to December 2016. Marietta also worked as an Enterprise Solution Manager at Vodafone from March 2009 to August 2013 and as a Senior Segment Manager at Erste Bank Hungary, HVB Hungary, and BA Creditanstalt Hungary from June 1999 to March 2009.

Marietta Szinyei-Ihász has a Bsc in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bsc in International Relations, EU affairs from Zsigmond Király Főiskola. Marietta has also completed programs in Accelerate Leader at the London Business School and Strategy execution at INSEAD. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Getting Started: Agile Meets Design Thinking from the University of Virginia and Telenor Strategy Execution Online Programme from INSEAD.
