Jillian Schnare

Jillian Schnare is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in visual management and team leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at MAHI GOLD since October 2022, Jillian previously held several roles at Anthropologie from 2008 to 2022, including Senior Store Brand Leader for multi-unit operations, Store Brand Leader, and Visual Manager, where a strong focus on sales strategy and visual presentation was implemented. Prior experience includes serving as Visual Manager at Terrain and Senior Visual Manager at Free People, as well as Store Manager at Claire's Accessories, where effective team hiring and training contributed to consistent sales achievement. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
