Kunta Kaushik

Kunta Kaushik is the Chief Development Officer at Mahima Group since May 2024, focusing on product innovation and business project management, with expertise in over 17 skills. Previously, Kunta founded KHS Constructions, recognized in the Swacchata Startup Challenge 2022 and awarded the Green Startup 2021 by the Andhra Pradesh Government. As an Associate Consultant Operations at Compact India Solution from June 2016 to March 2020, Kunta developed sales strategies and managed key metrics. Kunta's early career included an engineering internship at Ramky Discovery City, where Six Sigma methodologies were applied to enhance waste management efficiency, and a summer internship at Kakinada Seaport Limited, involving offshore construction projects. Kunta holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
