Haziali Shaikh

Haziali Shaikh has extensive experience in the automotive sector, holding prominent positions at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited as General Manager for Business Transformation, focusing on partnerships, alliances, and technology incubation. Previously, Haziali Shaikh served as Global Manager for Electric Vehicles at Ford Motor Company and has held various managerial roles within the Asia Pacific Product Strategy & Planning and Product Marketing divisions. Haziali's career began with the Emerging Leader Program at Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd and included roles in product planning, program management, and as an Executive Assistant to the President/CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra. Early in the career, Haziali gained foundational experience as a Management Trainee in Business Strategy Consulting at IBM. Education includes courses in Design Thinking from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the East West Knowledge Leaders Program in International Business from the Japan America Institute of Management Science.
