Satyanarayana Pampana has extensive work experience in the field of NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) engineering. Satyanarayana has worked in various roles at different companies, starting with Hyundai Motor Company in 2007 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Satyanarayana then worked at Hyundai Motor India Engineering as an Assistant Manager and later as a Research Engineer. At Jaguar Land Rover UK, they served as a CAE Analyst NVH. Satyanarayana also worked at Tata Technologies Limited, where they held the position of Technical Lead NVH and managed the NVH attribute for the F-Pace SUV concept. After that, they joined Ford Motor Company as an NVH CAE Engineer, making significant contributions to the Ford Vehicle Program. Their next role was at BETA CAE Systems USA, Inc. as a Senior Engineer. Satyanarayana then joined Engineering Technology Associates, Inc. as a Project Engineer before moving to Stellantis, where they worked as a Senior NVH CAE Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Lead NVH Engineer at Mahindra Automotive North America. Throughout their career, Satyanarayana has consistently delivered innovative solutions, fulfilled NVH requirements, and optimized vehicle performance.
Satyanarayana Pampana holds a Master's Degree in Machine Design from Bangalore University, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University from 1999 to 2003. Satyanarayana Pampana completed their Intermediate education in Maths, physics, and science from Modern College from 1996 to 1998. Satyanarayana attended S.K.P.G.N Jr college for their secondary school education, which they completed from 1992 to 1996, focusing on General Studies.

In addition to leading all North America activity, MANA is a comprehensive automotive design, engineering and vehicle development center. Established in 2013, in Troy, Michigan, MANA’s team of veteran executives, engineers and designers working with affiliate Mahindra automotive teams in India, Korea and Italy, is playing a key role in growing Mahindra’s global automotive business.
