Venkadesh Balraj

Venkadesh Balraj is a mechanical engineer with significant experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Deputy Manager at Mahindra Electric Automobile Limited since June 2023, Venkadesh previously held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Private Limited from November 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Venkadesh worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Prabha Engineering Pvt Ltd from April 2019 to October 2022, focusing on product manufacturing feasibility, FTG planning, RFQ creation, and supplier selection. Venkadesh began the career as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Bosch Electrical Drives India Private Limited from May 2017 to April 2018, where responsibilities included process and quality confirmation on the wiper arm assembly line and management of manpower and materials. Venkadesh earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Sairam Engineering College between 2012 and 2016.
