Chayan Ghosal

Chayan Ghosal has a diverse work experience in the finance and transportation industry. Chayan started their career at Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited in 2008, where they held the position of Regional Product Head, focusing on the growth and development of the Heavy Commercial Vehicle and Machinery Finance segment in the East Region. Chayan was responsible for planning and executing marketing and promotional activities, managing the portfolio for better collections, NPA reduction, and hard recovery.

In 2015, Chayan joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as the Head of Supply Alliances, where they were involved in strategic initiatives and managing supply alliances until 2016.

Since 2016, they have been working at Mahindra Finance. Initially, they were the Head of Product & Process for Car Loans, where they contributed to the development and improvement of the car loan business. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Vice President & Circle Head - West (Car Loans) at Mahindra Finance, where they are responsible for heading the Car Loan business for the West Circle.

Chayan Ghosal completed a PGDOM in Operations Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Biotechnology from Bharath University, Chennai, from 2004 to 2008. Chayan's high school education was at K.V. Farakka, where they studied Science from 2003 to 2004.
