Devendra Sharnagat

Devendra Sharnagat currently serves as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Mahindra Finance, where the focus is on enhancing business efficiency and productivity through data and digital initiatives. Previously, Devendra held senior leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, including Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Data and Analytics, as well as Executive Vice President overseeing Analytics and Customer Value Management. Prior experience includes positions at HDFC Bank Ltd. in various capacities such as Deputy Vice President for Analytical Marketing and Senior Manager for Marketing Analytics. Devendra started a career in analytics at Direxions Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and holds a Master of Technology in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a Bachelor of Engineering from the Institute Of Chemical Technology, and a Master of Management Studies from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education.
