Shruti Thomas

Shruti Thomas has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Shruti most recently served as the Head of Product and Policy for SME Finance at Mahindra Finance since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director at Ninjacart from April 2022 to January 2023. Shruti also worked at Jana Small Finance Bank for almost seven years, starting as an Associate Vice President in December 2015 and ending in March 2022. Before that, they held positions at Axis Bank, including Deputy Manager for Agri Infrastructure & Logistics Product and Gold Loan & Corporate Agri Alliance. Shruti's early work experience includes a summer internship at Tata Rallis India Limited and a research assistant role at Kerala Agricultural University.

Shruti Thomas completed their PGDM in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B Tech degree in Dairy Science and Technology from College of Dairy Science and Technology in 2009. Shruti also attended Convent of Jesus & Mary, but the dates and specific degree information are unknown.
