Supratim Das

Supratim Das is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation management and statutory compliance. Currently serving as Legal Manager at Mahindra Finance since September 2023, Supratim previously held the position of Legal and Regulatory professional at Bharti Airtel from June 2022 to September 2023, and was a Senior Legal Executive at Indus Towers Limited from May 2021 to May 2022. Supratim's expertise includes analyzing and implementing effective strategies for legal compliance and risk mitigation, as well as drafting various legal documents. Prior to these roles, Supratim gained significant experience at the Gauhati High Court, skillfully handling a wide range of civil and criminal cases. Supratim holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Gujarat National Law University and an Integrated BBA-LLB (H) in Business Law from Gauhati University.
