Priyanka Gidwani

Priyanka Gidwani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Priyanka started their career in 1994 as an Executive Assistant to the Head of HR at Tata Pharma Ltd. Priyanka then moved on to Indian Hotels Co. Ltd. (Taj Group) where they held the position of General Manager. In 2006, they joined Infiniti Retail Limited, Croma - A TATA Enterprise, where they served as the CHRO in addition to handling Business Development and Business Excellence. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Tata Global Beverages as the Global Head of Business Excellence. Priyanka then joined Tata Coffee Ltd. as the CHRO before assuming their current role as the CHRO at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited in 2019. Throughout their career, Priyanka has consistently worked in leadership positions, showcasing their expertise in HR and business development.

Priyanka Gidwani has a diverse education history. Priyanka attended St. Louis Convent High School from 1980 to 1987 and obtained their SSC degree. Following this, they pursued higher education at Mithibai College of Arts from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a B.A. degree in arts. Later on, they attended SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2000 to 2003, graduating with a Master's in Human Resources and Development Management (MHRDM).

In addition to their formal education, Priyanka Gidwani has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Priyanka completed the CII HR Excellence Assessor course at the CII Institute of Quality in May 2017 and participated in the Tata Group Executive Leadership Seminar at the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education in February 2017.
