Rupali Mungekar

Rupali Mungekar has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Rupali is currently serving as the Zonal Head West Human Resources at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited since September 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant General Manager Human Resources at Adlabs Entertainment Limited from September 2015 to July 2019. Rupali also worked at Foresight Vision Care Company Private Limited, where they held the roles of Deputy Manager - HR from April 2012 to September 2015 and Asst. Manager - HR from July 2010 to March 2012. During their tenure at Foresight Vision Care, they were responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and formulation of policies and employee welfare schemes.

Rupali Mungekar completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their SSC degree from King George Dadar in the years 2000 to 2004.
