Madhumita is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the finance and microfinance sectors. Currently serving in Human Resources Development at Mahindra Home Finance since December 2022, Madhumita previously held the position of Human Resource at SK Finance Ltd from May 2022 to December 2022 and State Human Resource at Asirvad Microfinance Limited from May 2018 to May 2022. Additionally, a part-time role as Admin, Trainer, and HR was undertaken at WISWAS (NGO) from June 2012 to 2015. Madhumita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, completed between 2013 and 2015.
