PRAFULLA ATHALYE has over 27 years of experience in the financial industry, with expertise in technical and builder relations. They most recently served as the Head of Technical & Builder Relations at Mahindra Home Finance. Prior to that, they held positions such as Zonal Technical Manager at YES BANK, Cluster Credit Manager at Fullerton India Home Finance Company Ltd., and Chief Operating Officer at Orange City Housing Finance Limited. They also worked at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited and HDFC Limited, where they held roles such as Regional Technical Manager and Senior Officer Technical, respectively.

PRAFULLA ATHALYE completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. This education took place until the year 1992.
