Rashmi Rani

Rashmi Rani has a solid background in human resources, currently working as a Talent Acquisition professional at Mahindra Home Finance since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rashmi served as a LUDIFU Student Partner Executive for a brief period in May to June 2023 and worked as a Human Resources Executive at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. from November 2021 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes an internship in human resources at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. in mid-2021. Rashmi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource and Marketing from Poornima University, completed in 2022, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Khandelwal Vaish Girls Institute Of Technology, obtained in 2020.
