Naveen N R possesses extensive experience in the automotive sector, currently serving as Senior Manager for E-Powertrain Validation at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility since June 2011. In this role, Naveen is responsible for developing test cases for E-Powertrain Validation, establishing test setups, and ensuring compliance with automotive standards. Previously, Naveen held the position of Lead Component Validation & Certification for REESS of M category vehicles, focusing on the validation of electric powertrain components and developing test methods for seamless validation processes. Prior to joining Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, Naveen worked as a Test Engineer at Invendis Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. Naveen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from A.P.S College of Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication from the State Board of Technical Education and Training.
