Ranadhive N currently serves as Deputy Manager at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, focusing on Customer Quality since July 2023. Previously, Ranadhive held the position of Team Lead at Flipkart from July 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing operations and implementing Lean principles for product inventory processes. As a Senior Engineer at Pricol Limited from January 2020 to September 2021, Ranadhive managed prototype development and quality analysis for various vehicle prototypes, achieving significant improvements in testing time and efficiency. Additional experience includes a Senior Engineer role at Pricol Corporate Services Ltd and a Production Engineer position at Best Engineers Pumps Pvt Ltd, where Ranadhive focused on maximizing equipment efficiency and conducting defect analysis. Ranadhive holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG College of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Ranganathan Engineering College.
