Siddharth Rana

Siddharth Rana has a diverse work experience in the construction and sustainability industry. Siddharth started their career as a Planning Engineer at Gammon India Ltd, where they worked on the Mumbai Port Trust project. Siddharth later joined DBM Geotechnics & Constructions PVT. Ltd. as a Project Coordinator and Planning Engineer, involved in the development of berths at various ports. At Mahindra Susten, they served as a Project Manager, overseeing the successful completion of multiple utility-scale solar power projects. Siddharth also took on the role of Country Manager, where they worked with international clients and established partnerships for legal and statutory compliance. Additionally, they led brand building and sustainability efforts, implementing strategies to address environmental concerns and identifying ESG-related risks and solutions. Overall, Siddharth Rana has demonstrated expertise in project management, team development, and sustainability initiatives.

Siddharth Rana completed their Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Tech (Hons.) degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, where they studied from 2007-2011. Siddharth completed their high school education at St. Xavier High School from 1993-2007.
