Soumyadeep Roy

Soumyadeep Roy is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in training, sales, and customer care within the automotive and educational sectors. Currently serving as Manager Field Force Transformation at Mahindra Rise since September 2019, Soumyadeep also holds dual roles as Senior Training Manager and Senior Sales Trainer at Hero Mind Mine Institute Pvt Ltd since October 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating training operations and conducting training needs analysis. Previous experience includes serving as Lead Trainer at Sewells Group India Ltd., with expertise in content development and trainer development, and positions as Sales Manager at Sky Automobile and Team Leader at OSL Hyundai. Soumyadeep holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from SCB Medical Public School, Cuttack, Odisha, supplemented by education from Utkal University.
