Bartosz Błaszkiewicz has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an IT Service Delivery Coordinator - SAP Team Leader at Volvo Group from April 2015 to January 2018. In this position, they were responsible for managing an IT team and ensuring the smooth daily delivery of tasks.

In 2014, they also completed a program at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, where they focused on becoming an SAP ABAP programmer. Bartosz participated in a student experience program in production engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2009-2010. Bartosz has also completed several additional certifications, including ones in project management, agile methodologies, and SAP technologies. Bartosz also participated in a mentoring program for future leaders at Volvo Polska, CP&IT, Wrocław.
