Christoph Schmidt

Christoph Schmidt has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering. Christoph started their career at Infineon Technologies in 2000, working as an ASIC Design Engineer and later as an Application Engineer. In 2004, they joined DS2 as a Senior Software Engineer. Christoph then moved to Nagares, S.A. in 2010, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer for seven years. In 2017, they joined MAHLE as the Head of Software Development.

Christoph Schmidt obtained a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they have certifications in various topics such as self-awareness, authenticity, leadership, resilience, communication, diversity and inclusion, effective listening, and change management from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023 and 2024.
