Dr. Roy Tondock serves as a Lecturer for "Strategic Controlling" at the International School of Management in Germany since March 2025. With extensive experience in the automotive sector, Dr. Tondock has held various leadership roles at MAHLE since September 2012, including Head of Global Performance Management and Reporting for Lifecycle & Mobility (Aftermarket), Head of Global Controlling for Mechatronics, and Head of Global Controlling for Electric Actuators & Auxiliaries. Responsibilities have included leading performance management teams, driving business partnering initiatives, executing planning and reporting processes, and analyzing business performance for potential improvements. Academic experience includes positions as a Lecturer at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and a Research Associate at the University of Stuttgart, complemented by a PhD in Business Economics and degrees in Technically oriented Business Management and Finance from the University of Stuttgart and Swansea University.
