Eduardo Prado

Eduardo Prado has over 20 years of work experience, starting as an intern at MAHLE in 2001 and gradually moving up the ranks. Eduardo has held various roles in finance, administration, internal audit, and internal controls. In their most recent position as Director of Finance and Administration, they were responsible for overseeing the Shared Services Center in North America and also served as the local CFO for the Mexican legal entities. Prior to that, they held key positions such as Head of Treasury and Lean Projects Office, Head of Corporate Internal Audit, Head of Internal Controls, and Internal Auditor. Additionally, Eduardo Prado gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at Nutrivet Comercial Ltda. throughout 1998-2001.

Eduardo Prado completed a Doctorate Degree in Business Management from the Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Studies/Risk Management from the same university, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their MBA, they pursued a Post Graduation in Accounting, Audit, and Controlling at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 2005 to 2006. Eduardo began their education journey with a Business Management Graduation from UNIFEOB, which they finished from 2001 to 2004. Eduardo also holds certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CCSA, and Doctor/Master in Business Administration from IIA and Unimep.
