Sri Dasaka

Sri Dasaka has a diverse work experience in the field of quality management and software quality assurance. Sri started their career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at SYSTEMS IN MOTION, LLC in August 2013. In this role, they were responsible for quality assurance analysis and testing, including the preparation of use cases and test plans.

In April 2014, Sri joined MAHLE as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Here, they participated in defect triage meetings and ensured error-free products through a quality check gate process. Sri later became a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead, leading SQA teams on the agile path to quality deliveries. Sri collaborated with project management and engaged with customers to understand requirements and facilitate UAT reviews. Sri held this position until June 2016.

From July 2016 to June 2019, Sri served as the Head of Quality at MAHLE. In this role, they ensured continual compliance with quality standards for products and processes. Sri also played a significant role in the conceptualization and implementation of stage gate processes for product development and delivery. Additionally, Sri was responsible for maintaining and monitoring the business unit's ISO 9001-2015 certification.

Finally, Sri became the Head of Program Management & Quality at MAHLE in July 2019. As part of this role, they managed programs by ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Sri tracked and managed risks and issues across all programs, and measured their success in terms of cost, quality, and timing.

Sri Dasaka holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the Management Certification Program from MAHLE in 2017, CMMI Associate from the CMMI Institute in 2017, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in 2014.
