Astrid Ensign is a skilled Interior Designer with extensive experience in sustainable materials research, programming, and space planning across multiple firms, including Mahlum, Gensler, and Yost Grube Hall Architecture from 2017 to the present. Astrid's roles have encompassed construction documents, specification coordination, client presentations, and wayfinding, coupled with active participation in the Equity and Sustainability Committees. Previous design experience includes work at ORANGEWALLstudios and internships at dc202 and the Design Department, with a strong foundation in technical drafting, FF&E research, and project presentations. Astrid holds a BFA in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Portland, with additional studies in fine arts, language teaching, and art history.
