Kelsie Wood

Kelsie Wood is the Vice President of Operations at Mahon & Rutledge Appraisal Group where Kelsie oversees the firm's operations and logistics. Kelsie directly supports the CEO, Chief Appraiser, and VP of Business Development, managing a team of Account Managers and Administrative Assistants. Previously, Kelsie worked as an Appraisal Director, managing workflow for over 60 appraisers and trainees. Kelsie also held a temporary position at ADM Architecture as an Executive Assistant, supporting the firm owner and lead Architect with calendar management, process improvements, and general administrative tasks.
