Melissa Moran

Melissa Moran is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mahoney Environmental since 2022, also contributing to Neste's global legal team. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Legal Counsel for M&A and Corporate in North America at Neste from 2021 to 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Major, Lindsey & Africa from 2018 to 2021 and as a Corporate Associate at Fox Rothschild from 2015 to 2018. Melissa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a degree in English Literature and Psychology from Rutgers University.
