Phillip Tilley

Phillip Tilley, CIC, has extensive experience in the insurance industry spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Learning and Development Systems Support at The Mahoney Group since May 2023, Phillip has also held senior roles such as Sr Executive, Epic Administration and Management at IBC Insurance Agency, Ltd from November 2014 to May 2023, and Applied Epic Administrator and Training Lead at High Street Insurance Partners, Inc from February 2022 to September 2022. As CEO and President of Tilley Insurance Agency, LLC from November 1993 to October 2016, Phillip managed all business aspects including contracts, personnel, finance, and client care across property and casualty insurance products. Additionally, Phillip was a Product Instructor at Applied Systems from July 2011 to October 2014, leading training sessions both virtually and on-site, and served on the International Board of Directors for ASCnet from January 2008 to July 2011, including a two-year term on the Executive Committee as Secretary. Educational qualifications include studies at Western Governors University from 2009 to 2013 and NHS from 1985 to 1988.
