Lenay Johnson has over 10 years of professional work experience. Lenay began their career in 2004 as an Account Representative for The Rocky Mountain Collegian. In 2007, they took on the role of Advertising Manager for the same newspaper and also became the Student Representative for College Newspaper Business and Advertising Managers (CNBAM). That same year, they served as a Marketing Intern for Webolutions. In 2008, Johnson became a Creative Account Specialist for KUSA-TV. In 2010, they took on the role of Owner of Whim & Fancy, a creative house specializing in interior design, creative direction, event design and offbeat illustrations. In 2012, Johnson became Creative Director for Deny Designs, where they established the brand's voice, personality, and visual identity. Lenay also wrote, created, and produced brand videos and multiple product launch videos. In 2020, Johnson became Director of Brand and then Senior Manager - Brand and Content for Maiden Home, followed by Content Marketing Manager.
Lenay Johnson attended Colorado State University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing/Marketing Management and Media Studies.
