Martin Round is the lead member for environmental services at MAIDSTONE BOROUGH COUNCIL. Martin has previous experience working as a quality inspector for the Care Quality Commission and as a council member for Headcorn Parish Council. Martin is passionate about youth and education, the future of business and economic development, housing/planning, crime, transport/highways, and the environment.

Martin Round attended the University of Kent, where they received their PTTLLS, CTTLLS, and DTTLLS Cert Ed in Education. Martin also has an Honours degree in Social Sciences-Health, Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
